We offer a wide range of services to individual travelers and tour operators/tour agents, willing to organize FIT or group travel to Ukraine. To our suppliers, such as hotels, we give a possibility to receive a wide exposure of their product on international markets of leisure and business travel. For business and corporate clients we provide full package of qualified business travel services.

 

For tour operators, we offer our FIT tour operators rates and a sample contract, that we need to sign in order to start cooperation. Group rates for tour operators and tour agents are provided upon request only and are usually heavily discounted from the given FIT tour operators rates. Both FIT and Group travel policies for tour operators are underlined in the contract that we offer to sign.

 

For hotels we propose various ways of cooperation not only by representing them in our vast international tour operators' chain but also in Global Distribution Systems and via various Internet -based systems. Global and Internet Distribution Systems representation is depicted in details in the subsection “For Hotels” in the menu at the left side of the web page. Additionally, we promote our hotels on all the international and local travel trade shows, where our company is presented. The following is a short list of the trade shows where we present ourselves as ARKTUR and our hotels as members of our special marketing program TOP UKRAINIAN HOTELS : WTM in London/UK, ITB in Berlin/Germany, FITUR in Madrid/Spain, MATKA in Helsinki/Finland, EMITT in Istanbul/Turkey, BIT in Milan/Italy, MITT in Moscow/Russia, MICE in Moscow/Russia, COTTM in Pekin/China, IMEX in Frankfurt/Germany, UITT in Kiev/Ukraine etc. We offer several types of contract for hotels depending upon the distribution channel. For Groups section provides a form for direct group reservation requests, giving possibility for corporate clients or individual trip organizers to arrange services for special leisure or business groups.

For Corporate Event Organizers we offer full range of services including accommodation, conference facilities, catering and dining, team-building and entertainment programs, sightseeing, arrival and departure transfers, rail and air tickets throughout Ukraine.
